I personally ran out of levitra 2 weeks ago and I have not gotten my refill because I decided I wanted to try something different. During the past 2 weeks I have been starting the day with a healthy green tea and some fresh watermelon (which many men say help blood flow). Anyway after my morning breakfast I go to work from 9 to 4 and at 5 I am already at the gym. All I have doing is running on the treadmill which I must say has helped me keep my erections hard, it takes up to 2 weeks to notice but I just wanted to share this experience with all you guys. GET OUT OF THE OFFICE and go run in the woods, the park or the gym, believe me you will notice a difference.
