According to a study done on over 1 million participants, men who are prescribed medications for Erectile Dysfunction are at higher risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases then those who do not need them at all. A part of this research also involved both homosexual men who have anal sex and bisexual men.
Researchers at the University of California say doctors need to discuss safe sex with patients they prescribe these meds two. Most doctors diagnose the patient and provide a prescription for Viagra, Levitra or Cialis without expressing how important it is to practice safe sex.
